Proud to Be Part of REA CyberCity’s Journey from the Beginning
Pros: Being one of the early employees at REA CyberCity has been a genuinely unique experience. I joined when the centre was still taking shape, and it has been great to see it grow and evolve while being part of that journey. What I appreciate most about REA is the opportunity to work on meaningful technology challenges while having the support and global exposure of a larger organisation. There is a good balance between the pace of building something new and the experience of an established global company. The people are one of the strongest parts of the experience. There is a strong culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing and supporting each other. Of REA's values, “Do it with heart” resonates with me the most because I see that reflected in how people work together and approach their responsibilities. I've also had opportunities to learn, take ownership, collaborate across teams and contribute to initiatives beyond my day-to-day role. Being part of a growing centre gives employees the opportunity to contribute not only to their work but also to the culture and ways of working around them. Having been here since the early days, it is genuinely rewarding to see how much REA CyberCity has grown. I’m happy to be part of that growth and look forward to contributing to what we continue to build together. If you’re looking for a good company and an organisation where you can learn, grow, take ownership and work with great people, REA is definitely a place worth considering.
