Not recommended – Poor work culture and exit experience
Pros: I do not have any points here.
Cons: Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend RELQ to professionals looking for a healthy and supportive work environment. My key concerns were: • High-pressure, target-based environment with significant delivery expectations. • Poor work-life balance, despite the work-from-home arrangement. • Compensation that, in my experience, was below market compared with the workload and responsibilities. • Limited holidays and employee benefits compared with my expectations. • Lack of adequate employee support and professionalism while handling concerns. • Extremely difficult exit experience. My Full & Final settlement remained unresolved despite repeated follow-ups. • Poor post-exit communication, with repeated emails and calls requiring further follow-up for clarification. For me, the biggest disappointment was the lack of transparency and support during the exit process. My advice to prospective employees: do not prioritize this organization solely because it offers work from home. Carefully evaluate the compensation, work expectations, benefits, leave policy, gratuity eligibility and F&F/exit process before joining.
