Pros: Great Work Life Balance no calls or extend easy leaves approval
Cons: Not great for long term career option
View on GlassdoorPros: Salary is okay for freshers and is on time.
Cons: Nothing apart from the salary tbvh.
View on GlassdoorPros: Decent pay for a job that even 10th pass would excel at.
Cons: Oh boy! Micro management. Employees are either treated as students or as daily wage labourers. We are expected to sit at our desk all day long. Take no breaks. Finish tasks in te asked TPT (Time per Task) which let me tell you is sometimes as low as 1 second. And no you cannot take an extra second. Otherwise some class monitor would call you by your name. And scream TPT theek karooooo. We are not expected to have family personal emergencies. Let alone personal days. Pathetic work environment. Even more pathetic management.
View on GlassdoorPros: Very good at giving leaves and salary always on date
Cons: Less increment. The increment was very less
View on GlassdoorPros: data annotation work which was very interesting at first but gets monotonous with time like any other job. medical insurance
Cons: No financial/personal growth. They reverse promotions as they wish and team swapping is very common. They hire in bulk nd fire in bulk. No job security- management takes no ownership of their mistakes.
