I interviewed with Sahaj about a year ago. Looking back, I acknowledge that I wasn't sufficiently prepared for the system design round, so I understand why I wasn't selected. However, I was disappointed with the overall candidate experience. The feedback discussion included a sarcastic remark implying that I had attended the interview without taking the time to prepare adequately. Rather than helping me understand where I could improve, the conversation felt dismissive and unconstructive, leaving me uncomfortable. I was also surprised to learn that my interview had been discussed with people I knew within the company before I had even attended it. I had expected my candidacy to be handled with greater confidentiality. I have no concerns about the interview decision itself, but I believe candidates deserve respectful communication, constructive feedback, and confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.

Keeps following up in linked in and Instagram. If u reply they will have an initial call. And then ghosts after initial call. Withiit any feedback. Unprofessional approach. That shows how the company will be run as well I guess.

got chance in college placements. 1st round -> aptitude (eliminatory) general aptitude questions 2nd round ->coding [eliminatory] requires heavy implementation based on problem statement - dsa not required. followed by 2 rounds of interview tested db concepts and projects knowledge.

Good experience, everyone involved was smart and knew what they wanted from the process. Good feedback after the interviews. Their pay transparency and interview process was awesome. It is a premium consulting firm, so the tech rounds were very involved.
