I gave the senior device R&D Engineer interview and it went quite well. Overall interview process (till the final offer) took ~ fifteen days. Interview was mostly on basics of semiconductor devices & Digital CMOS . There were total four rounds of interview - three technical + one HR.

Asked very different questions than my profile and skills. He asked first question on huffman coding and asked if I remember and must have studied my college. Who remembers after 13-14 years? I do not know why interviewers interview the people when they are sitting for rejecting. Very bad experience.
