I gave interview(s) for Opella at Mumbai branch. Total 3-4 HR contacted me and none of them communicated a feedback well. They called me numerous times before the interview but once that was done, they ghosted me. No replies, calls rejected. And suddenly after a few days, another HR would contact you for the next step. You are left confused if you are selected or not. I visited their office for another round of interview and that HR also stopped replying me after. And finally I saw the job opening for the same position on LinkedIn that's when I got to know they are not going ahead with my profile. I am okay with rejection but please communicate the results.

My interview went pretty well. I got positive vibes from the panelist as I answered the questions correctly. After two days, I got an update that I cleared the 1st round of interview and they would connect with me for next round. Then almost after 15 days, I got an another update that job profile kept on hold. Then suddenly after one month, I got an email mentioning they moved ahead with profile of an another candidate. This is very unfair. I really didn't expected this from Sanofi.

I attended an interview with Sanofi, where the discussion focused on my technical skills and real-time project experience. The panel also evaluated my problem-solving approach and how well I align with the team’s expectations.

The interview process was well organised and straight forward. It included an initial screening followed by structured interviews that focused on skills, experience and role expectations. Process was smooth and professional,with clear communication each stage.

The interview process was very friendly and so were my interviewers. I had a 2 round interview. I enjoyed the interview process and could be my natural self. All the best for anyone appearing
