Cons: The work culture within Sanofi, specifically under the I&A department is rapidly deteriorating due to rampant office politics and systemic favoritism. Promotion structures are entirely compromised. Advancements across all tiers (from Analyst to Senior Analyst, Team Lead, and Group Lead) are based strictly on personal proximity to top management rather than objective merit or performance.Management actively manipulates performance evaluations. They possess the political influence to misrepresent performers as non performers, and vice versa, purely based on personal preferences. Hard working employees who focus solely on their deliverables are systematically sidelined, while the "favorites" of GLs and TLs are fast-tracked for promotions, sometimes within a single year. This toxic, nepotistic environment starts at the very top of the department, making it impossible to sustain a healthy or fair team dynamic. I am leaving the company because professional output no longer dictates career growth here.

I gave interview(s) for Opella at Mumbai branch. Total 3-4 HR contacted me and none of them communicated a feedback well. They called me numerous times before the interview but once that was done, they ghosted me. No replies, calls rejected. And suddenly after a few days, another HR would contact you for the next step. You are left confused if you are selected or not. I visited their office for another round of interview and that HR also stopped replying me after. And finally I saw the job opening for the same position on LinkedIn that's when I got to know they are not going ahead with my profile. I am okay with rejection but please communicate the results.

My interview went pretty well. I got positive vibes from the panelist as I answered the questions correctly. After two days, I got an update that I cleared the 1st round of interview and they would connect with me for next round. Then almost after 15 days, I got an another update that job profile kept on hold. Then suddenly after one month, I got an email mentioning they moved ahead with profile of an another candidate. This is very unfair. I really didn't expected this from Sanofi.
