I successfully completed three interview rounds, including two technical sessions and one HR discussion. The technical rounds primarily focused on CAE, FEA, and the manufacturing domain, where my fundamental understanding was assessed. Overall, the process emphasized evaluating basic knowledge and practical awareness relevant to engineering and simulation practices.
Sample questions
The interview process consisted of multiple stages, starting with an initial screening or aptitude assessment, followed by a technical interview focused on core engineering concepts and role-related knowledge. This was followed by an HR or managerial round covering communication skills, projects, strengths, weaknesses, and career goals. The overall process was challenging, with questions testing both technical understanding and problem-solving ability.
Sample questions
The interview process was very well structured and professional. I initially received a call from HR informing me that I had been shortlisted, and the first round was scheduled within two days. After completing the first round, I received timely feedback from HR, and the next round was scheduled within another two days. The second round also went smoothly, followed by the final round with the top management. The final discussion and salary negotiation with HR were also handled very professionally. I particularly appreciated the regular follow-ups from HR and the way they ensured that each interview was scheduled based on the candidate’s availability after receiving the required approvals. This was a great experience and showed excellent coordination and respect for the candidate’s time. Overall, it was one of the best and smoothest interview process experiences I have had.
Sample questions
It was a blend of engineering and management skills based interview focused primarily on engineering skillsets as mentioned in the JD. There were two levels of interview with highly experienced interviewers at both the levels. It was an interactive and engaging interview session at around 1 hr for both the levels.
Sample questions
Overall good, coordinated well across the process . 3 level of screening up to VP level . Evaluation done on technical, culture and leadership criteria. Majorily about fitting into their environment
