Pros: Good work life balance Great team Stable product
Cons: Frequent changes in the leadership
View on GlassdoorPros: Benefits only and apart from this. Nothing.
Cons: No clear culture or long-term vision: During my tenure, the CEO changed twice, which created uncertainty about the company's direction. Frequent layoffs: Repeated layoffs have impacted employee confidence, morale, and job security. Leadership needs fresh perspectives: Many leaders have been with the company for 5+ years. Experience is valuable, but leadership should be regularly evaluated based on performance, adaptability, and business impact. Limited opportunities for young talent: Younger employees should be given more opportunities to bring new ideas, take ownership, and grow. Inconsistent WFH flexibility: Work-from-home approvals do not always appear consistent across employees. A clear and transparent policy should be applied equally. More focus on merit: Career opportunities, flexibility, and recognition should be based on performance and business needs, not personal preferences. Stronger focus on the product and business: Management should encourage fresh thinking, innovation, and new talent while retaining experienced employees who continue to add value. Overall, the company needs a stronger vision, consistent policies, merit-based decisions, and a culture that gives both experienced and young talent equal opportunities to contribute and grow.

For an Associate Platform Engineer role at Securonix, the interview process is usually: Apply & shortlist – You apply, and HR contacts you if your profile matches. Technical round – A discussion on Linux, networking, scripting, and platform tools. Manager round – A senior engineer or manager checks your projects and fit for the team. Normal discussion (culture fit) – A general chat about your motivation and role expectations. HR round.
Sample questions
It was really good, Vinod Bhojan sir was very professional and we had a very clean discussion throughout the interview process. We had a end-to-end conversation regarding the workflow. Looking forward to work and join this company to contribute to the team.
Sample questions
I had an initial screening call followed by L1 and L2 rounds within 1 week, and the interviewers were kind and professional throughout the process. However, the issue has been the lack of follow-up from HR. Despite multiple rounds and the time invested, there has been no update, which is disappointing. At the very least, candidates deserve a clear outcome—whether selected or rejected—after completing the interview process.
Sample questions
I had a total of two rounds with Securonix. The first one was the Techno-Managerial round where the Team lead had asked very reasonable and relevant questions in a friendly attitude. However, in round 2, it was fully technical, the interviewer was throwing a barrage of statistical questions which had no use in application as far as the role was concerned. It was a mid experience overall.
Sample questions
I had such an intricate interview for the first time in my life. The interviewer was asking microscopic details like what are primitive values (we all know what it is but how many of us can define it?)
