Cons: Worked as SAP ETL developer. Too much micro management They ask to maintain good work life balance and make us to work 12-15 hrs per day, make us to work in weekends. Top management was too poor and feel so insecure that they don't want their team to upgrade their technical skills. They keep technical session and teach about only SAP IS(Information Steward). Waste of career in joining this team, no growth, no opportunity to upskill ourselves. Every employee should too hard forgot sleep still top lady manager will scold like anything

Formal interview with a panel of 2 members, seemed very experienced and polite. One asked me questions from risk side and thr other guy was more interested in the kind of work I have done in my internships and projects I have worked upon.

The interview start with virtual job try out and 3 online interview question to record . after 2 week I got mail about clearing to the next round finale round which taken by panel of 2 member it was 3 hour long interview , based on case study which you will receive 24 hr before interview . this complete process is test of patience because there is a very long cooldown between different round after around 3 month i got update like I got selected and there was one. additional round With HM which was basically based on resume and casual technical discussion . after a week i got call over phone to extend offer and finally got offer latter after a week .

Only got the virtual interview experience. Questions were written on screen and I had to turn on the recording to answer them and then the video was uploaded. You basically need to answer in the STAR method(you will get many examples and tips online)
