Signzy offers a digital on-boarding solution for banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions. Most banking services are going digital but one key process that is still offline and hampers consumer experience is regulatory compliance. There is a pressure to dilute digital KYC however digital has higher risk. We at Signzy believe that through a combination of Artificial Intelligence and blockchain we can ensure that digital compliance is convenient but yet secure.

I completed three rounds of interviews over two to two and a half weeks, speaking with a Product Manager, the Product Lead, and finally the CFO for a Founder’s Office role. However, after the final round, I was completely ghosted. I followed up via email and message with HR, who initially promised a callback within two days, but then ceased all communication despite further follow-ups. The total lack of transparency and ghosting after investing significant time reflects a clear lack of internal structure and unprofessionalism in their candidate experience.
4 rounds of interview Round 1 Asked to solve to leetcode questions one is medium and another is hard we have to submit the code. I solved both Round 2 One leetcode hard question solved it And few Java basics Round 3 It was rescheduled 4 to 5 times it wasted my time. Informed it was an LLD round but put hr questions were asked Not sure why I was rejected no feedback as well They wasted my time that is why it has negative rating
The interview process consisted of an initial online assessment followed by a technical interview round. The technical round focused on backend development concepts such as REST APIs, databases, Node.js, and problem-solving skills. The interviewer also asked questions related to projects mentioned in the resume and basic system design concepts. The overall process was smooth, and the interviewers were friendly and supportive throughout the discussion.
Sample questions
I had applied through LinkedIn and initially I got a phone call from the HR stating that I am selected for the interview. I had two rounds of interview ( both online ) for the role of SDE 1 full stack engineer ( both rounds were almost 30-40 mins and both rounds were taken in the same week ). 1st round (technical round) taken by senior developer, asked about me, then gave me a DP Problem, and asked about my projects and the technical stuff behind them. 2nd round was a system design round, taken by a senior engineer, asked about Postgresql indexes, gave me a scenario and to design a DB schema. Asked in depth about Redis and Message queues ( Kafka ) since I had put them in my resume. Asked about MongoDB questions, but I was not comfortable with them so they went forward. Overall the interview experience was good and I was able to have some good interview experience.
Sample questions
Very disappointing interview experience. The interviewer gave positive feedback and clearly said I would be moved to the next round. After several days with no update, I contacted HR myself and was told I was rejected. The feedback from the interviewer and HR was completely contradictory. The overall process lacked transparency and clear communication. ( Do not join or attend interview always they have internal or selected candidates )
