Applied and the had 40 mins discussion with the recruiter about my profile & expectations. I was told that there will be 2 rounds, one with internal team then second with the client team. Then after that round, nothing happened. Employers don't know themselves about their business properly, don't know what exact requirements they have. Hiring managers just put all the known tech names in the JD & then expect a single person to know everything & do the tasks of 10 people on the salary of 1 person. Then these companies complain that there is scarcity of talent in the market & others wonder that why unemployment is increasing. Reason - St*pid people are getting hired & sitting at the decision making positions at every level.

Professional way of interview. No nonsense. All interviews were done on time, well received, got timely feedback, strong tech team, mgmt team, exchange process. They check your attitude, motivation, willingness in joining them.

The reporting manager who already had my profile in their database reached out to me. Explained their interview progress which had a technical interview that was timed to one-hour. and second round would be client facing round where power bi related questions will be asked.

Stay away. They will try to lure you by saying unnecessary thing like it's an European company ..You will not have to work on weekends etc.... The interview process is very basic. There is a manager for hiring purpose I don't know why but talks more like a HR. He talks more about culture and etiquette which he himself lacks.
