I gave an interview as a fresher, and most of the questions were related to my educational background, what I learned during my internship, and my college projects. They also asked what I know about the HR department and what my current responsibilities would be.

A 30 min discussion with partners. Revolves mainly around your field of interest and common business sense. People are friendly as such and process was smooth mainly. Seems fairly straightforward .

Interview was not much difficult. Manager would focus on your recruiting capabilities as well as other logical aspects. You will have to be confident while answering and show some maturity.

Two rounds of interview first round aptitude and second face to face. Aptitude round was more gk test and looked like more formality then actual score keeping round. Main was face to face round if you are passionate about work then this place is for you. Office culture looked promising.
