View on GlassdoorPros: I feel there are no pros left. It will be your biggest mistake of life if you join STSI Centre.
Cons: In my experience, the work culture was very toxic, with a lot of internal politics. Career growth and promotions felt unnecessarily difficult, and there was an expectation to say yes to everything management asked instead of encouraging open discussion. If you are serious about building a strong technical career, this may not be the right place. I felt my technical skills stagnated during my time here. My experience at the STSI Centre was particularly disappointing, and I personally regret joining. Another issue was compensation. I found that some newer hires were earning significantly more than existing employees in similar roles, which created a sense of unfairness. From what I observed, many new joiners tended to leave within 2–3 years, while a number of long-tenured employees remained despite the challenging work environment. Overall, I would encourage candidates to carefully evaluate the team, career growth opportunities, technical work, and compensation before accepting an offer.

1st round was GD in which we are 11 candidates in a group and topic was given "Online Education v/s Traditional Education" . I had participated in the discussion 3-4 times and in the GD 4 students was selected for final interview, I was among them. In the Interview they asked one DSA question it was very easy I told brute force as well as Optimise. Also asked little bit of questions related to core and os.

Sample questions
This on-campus recruitment process , But the final result took around 2 months to be announced after completing the selection process. The assessment and interview rounds were conducted smoothly, and the interviewers were professional and approachable. The main drawback was the long waiting period for the final result. Regular updates during this period would have made the experience better and reduced uncertainty for candidates.
