A massive waste of time—disorganised pipeline and fake reviews Do not waste your time with Smart Working Solutions. Their interview process is completely broken and disrespectful of candidates' time. It starts with a rushed online test, followed by a demand for a "perfect" Loom video introduction. After clearing a technical round, you get pushed to the client round. This is where the nightmare begins: they push 30 to 40 candidates to the client for a single open position. Because of this absurd volume, the client holds all feedback and constantly demands more profiles. Candidates who have cleared every stage are left stranded for weeks while the process drags on endlessly. To make it worse, HR goes completely cold and hides behind the generic "the client needs more time" excuse. This is a highly unprofessional way to operate. Also, don't be fooled by the high ratings here—the positive reviews appear to be entirely fake. Avoid this company if you value your time and career.
Sample questions
Give first technical round, gave mnc question round and provided video intro via loom. After that they told me that they forwarded my application to client. After a week, they told me that client hired someone from their own location. After 5 months, they posted same job from same company for which i applied again and cleared all rounds. After that they again told me that they forwarded my application to client and then again after 10 days, they told me the same excuse that client hired someone from their location. They are not hiring for any location, they are just scamming. Beware from them, they are free and wasting your time as well.
Sample questions
The interview process is smooth and engaging. White it is smooth and engaging, there might be multiple stages for thorough assessment and it could be time taking process, though end results could turn out to be fruitful
Sample questions
More of ai based interview with fix set of questions it would have been great if in person interview would have been conducted so it could have tested technical knowledge better than this fix set of questions
Sample questions
First round by some dumb AI product where you have to answer 3 question in 3 minutes. Second round with some non technical person who just nods to your answers and doesn't understand anything, may be matching with some already written answers. I was just surprised how come I didn't go to next round after explaining things in detail, and not in robotic way. No proper feedback is given.
