Cons: It’s a fast-developing agency so the pace can sometimes feel overwhelming
View on GlassdoorPros: Good to with everyone here
Cons: Not any at the moment
View on GlassdoorPros: I dont think they have any pros
Cons: Management is too biased towards a few old chennai folks
View on GlassdoorPros: Nothing great except you can run your own business as well along with working here.
Cons: HR processes are not employee friendly attrition is high after the CHRO has come and new HR team has been setup. They have not given experience letters to many people because of no reason. Tech and SAM are rude in behaviour but nothing is done. No good brands to work with.

Telephonic conversation with HR followed by Manager/Sr Manager > Head of Marketing > CEO (Sometimes). 2nd and 3rd rounds are more technical, Platform knowledge, and communication skills, whereas the 4th round with CEO will be looking for more like the cultural fit, past experience and the energy to work and learn
Sample questions
I had 4 interviews & 1 assignment. Technical round (one with a copy team manager & one with a design team manager), then 1 with a CS manager and then the HR discussion. It was smooth and I was kept informed at every stage
Sample questions
total 2 round conduct. 1st technical with sr. software engineer - find maximum profit basically that was a stock related question 2nd technical with CTO - resume discussion - how will you implement a ads scrapper
Sample questions
Quick and relatively fast interview process. Your rounds include assignments and interviews with reporting managers and founders. Best to be looped with other folks and not just the HRs since they seem to miss out on folks in the process. Salary negotiation is non existent
Sample questions
