Pros: Small company, you will get a chance to work with clients and expand.
Cons: The workplace is a cesspool of politics and favoritism, where brown-nosing is more valuable than actual talent. The hire and fire system keeps everyone on edge, with no guarantee of job security. The environment is toxic, with leaders who are more like clueless observer than actual guides. They simply regulate the priorities of clients without any real leadership or direction. It's a soul-crushing place where survival depends more on who you know than what you can do.

Cons: They treat you like nobody. They pay less money, then negotiated. People are working there under the pressure of the dictatorship of the owner and his wife. There are no values, neither ethical principles in this company.
