High pay and flexibility, but inconsistent work availability
Pros: The pay is higher for per hour project, you can easily earn 1k to 2k for per hour work. They pay even if you make mistake sometimes, they give you second chance to work. The work is fully remote and you can do only if you want, no any compulsion. Good opportunity for students who want to earn money while completing college.
Cons: The company occasionally hire people, you can't contact to internal team to get selected. The work they offer is of freelance type so if you are not present when work arrived other freelancer complete the work. The work is not for continues manner, you may have work for 5 day and not for 20 day, sometimes for 15 day and not for months. People can't take it as full time work, they have to do this as just side hustle whenever they are free.

I cleared the first round, and I was selected for the second round. SImilar pattern of questions but bit advanced level. Waiting for them to assign the project.
