Founded over 12 years ago with a simple belief: every ambitious vision deserves world-class technical execution. We started Spark Eighteen because we saw too many brilliant ideas fail not from lack of vision, but from inadequate technical partnership. Since our bootstrapped beginning, we've grown into the go-to technology partner for companies that think beyond just building—they build to scale, build to exit, build to transform entire industries. We've contributed over $1 billion in revenue to our clients' products and helped orchestrate successful acquisitions including Live Objects to Zuora and Glide Health to McKesson. We serve three core customer types: early-stage startups needing rapid MVP-to-market execution, growth companies scaling from Series A to acquisition, and Fortune 500 enterprises driving digital transformation. Whether it's a healthcare startup revolutionizing patient care or a fintech company reshaping financial services, we become their strategic technical co-founder—minus the equity. What sets us apart? We don't chase contracts—we build relationships. Our quality-first development philosophy means we're obsessed with creating architectures that don't just work today, but attract partnerships tomorrow. We've learned that sustainable success comes from genuine partnership, not vendor relationships. As a profitable, bootstrapped company, we've maintained our startup agility while building enterprise-grade solutions. Our team brings a global perspective from building across 20+ countries, yet we stay true to our core belief: the best technology partnerships feel less like outsourcing and more like adding the perfect technical co-founder to your team. Every partnership begins with a 2-week proof-of-concept because we believe the right technical partner can make the difference between a good product and an acquisition target.

Their are 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round (Screening round of 30 min). My profile was being forwarded by a recruiting agency after an initial technical screening. Frankly speaking the interviewer doesn't know the parameters on which to gauge the candidate. Also the interview was for the role of QA lead but they declined it saying that they need more of a QA manager. They simply don't know what profile to hire. They also kept me on hold for 10 days. Simply speaking the CTO of the company is confused on whether they need a QA manager or a QA lead. My humble request you all to please be aware and be cautious while giving the interview as it is all a waste of time.

The Interview for the position of Marketing Communications Manager with Spark Eighteen was a smooth process. Mr. Aayush Narang, Founder - Spark Eighteen took my interview and the discussion about the short-term and long-term goals was conducted with a lot of room for creativity and an open mind to different perspectives. The approach of the discussion was more of an insightful conversation rather than the usual question-answer format which made me feel comfortable enough to ask and answer difficult questions with ease.
