View on GlassdoorPros: Really good work life balance and a very supportive team. My manager was extremely understanding and flexible with timings, especially since I was managing college alongside the internship for a significant part of it. I never felt like I was treated differently just because I was an intern. I was also invited to the company offsite, which made me feel genuinely included as part of the team. Along with that, I got to work on meaningful projects and had a lot of opportunities to learn and take ownership.
Cons: The pace can be fast at times and there can be some context switching between projects, but overall it was manageable because the team and my manager were very supportive.
View on GlassdoorPros: Remote and nothing else. Don’t fall for the trap
Cons: Horrible culture. Lot of scams going on within the company. Stay away.
View on GlassdoorPros: Remote so you get time
Cons: All the best and good luck
View on GlassdoorPros: Remote work seems like one
Cons: Micro management, zero work life balance, pushing other the bus. Unrealistic expectations

I first had a screening call with the recruiter, who took around 3 business days to get back to me with an update. I was then scheduled for a first round interview with someone from the enablement/salesops team?. The interview itself was genuinely a great conversation. The interviewer gave me the impression that the discussion had gone well and even subtly indicated that I could expect next steps, so naturally I was quite hopeful. After the interview, I followed up with the recruiter for around 6 business days through our regular communication channel (WhatsApp), but received no response. Instead, I eventually received an automated email informing me that they had decided not to proceed with my application as they were moving forward with another candidate. To be clear, I completely understand that companies can find a candidate who is a better fit, and that's part of the hiring process. What I found disappointing was the lack of communication and transparency during the process. What makes it more confusing is that it's now been about a month, and the exact same role is still listed as open. If the decision was genuinely based on moving forward with another candidate, that's completely fair - but seeing the position remain open makes me question what actually happened. I would have expected better communication from Sprinto. I had a genuinely positive impression of the company going into the process, which is why the way the process ended was particularly disappointing. Pros: Great conversation with the interviewer; positive interaction during the actual interview. Cons: Slow communication from recruitment, lack of follow-up, and an unclear/automated rejection after what appeared to be a successful first round.

6 Rounds, 2 Months, and Zero Professionalism Pros: None. Cons: Extremely disrespectful hiring process. I spent two months completing six intense interview rounds. Every interview ran over time (e.g., 30-minute slots stretching to an hour). After clearing all technical rounds and reaching the final HR stage, I was rejected via a generic, automated email. No human feedback, no explanation, just total ghosting after months of effort.
Sample questions
The first round with the HR was fun and informative. I really enjoyed it and it gave me a real sense of what the company is about and where it wants to go.
Sample questions
It was a 4 round interview. Starting with HR screening round, followed by 2 manager rounds and finally founders round. Every round was engaging and genuinly interesting to sit through. Best was the founders round, as Raghav allowed me have an open discussion with him like a fellow founder.
Sample questions
Tough and exciting you will get to learn a lot from this interview process. Very helpful hiring managers, you can speak to them anytime they are always available and very supportive
