View on GlassdoorPros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As an SDE1, I am extremely grateful for the absolutely wonderful opportunity to be a part of such an amazing organization. The company provides a truly exceptional environment for learning, growth, innovation, collaboration, and personal development — basically everything one could possibly ask for in a workplace. The leadership and management are incredibly supportive, and the company’s strong focus on employee satisfaction and career growth is genuinely inspiring. There are always exciting opportunities to learn new things, take ownership, and grow as a professional. The work culture is fantastic, the people are great, and every day brings a new opportunity to become a better engineer and, more importantly, a better human being. I especially appreciate how much the organization values employee feedback and continuously strives to create an even better workplace. The emphasis on transparency, teamwork, innovation, and excellence is truly commendable. Overall, this has been an absolutely incredible experience, and I feel extremely fortunate to be working here. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone looking for an outstanding workplace and a life-changing career experience. Thank you to HR and the entire organisation for creating such a wonderful environment! 🙏
Cons: * The company provides so many opportunities to learn that sometimes it becomes difficult to remember what “work-life balance” means. * There is a strong culture of ownership, so occasionally you may find yourself owning things you didn't know existed. * The growth opportunities are excellent, provided you enjoy growing in unexpected directions.

Three rounds: 1. HR Screening (Non Technical Questions only) (Expected to run completely):Week - 1 2. DSA: House Robber 1 and 2 :Week 2 3. Machine Coding FE on Caching, Throttling and Memoization(Expected to run completely) :Week 3 4. Final Technical Round with CTO around previous work experience
Interview was virtual and the Interviewer was quite friendly he asked about previous experience and knowledge and what i can bring to the organization and how can I work on my approach
Sample questions
Easy interview process , it took 2 weeks to get the entire process completed Questions were mostly around past experience and scenario based problems , overall it was a good experience
Sample questions
Met a 4 people including the CEO. The interview included typical problem solving questions around product sensing and cultural fit. Overall good experience, but it seemed team doesn't know what they are looking for. The biggest disappointment comes from the recruitment team itself. I was ghosted for weeks even after I tried to reach out to them multiple times. Only after 4 weeks and sending them multiple emails, they gave me the final decision.
Sample questions
Interview process was disappointing and ultimately led me to withdraw my candidature. During my interaction with the interviewer, I felt the discussion lacked openness to differing viewpoints. Whenever I attempted to challenge assumptions or offer alternative perspectives based on my experience, the conversation became defensive rather than collaborative. Instead of a constructive exchange of ideas, it felt like the interviewer was more interested in validating their own opinions. For a role that requires problem-solving, critical thinking, and healthy debate, I expected a more professional and receptive discussion. The experience raised concerns about the team's culture and how disagreements might be handled within the organization. While others may have a different experience, this interaction left me with the impression that candidate perspectives were not genuinely valued, which ultimately influenced my decision to withdraw from the process.
