Sutherland Global Services Private Limited

there is 3 rounds of interview ..in that 2nd round we have to write the passage..in 3rd there will be manager round ..salary wise it is very low and working hours is rotational based

First round was HR round For this round they ask simple questions only it could be easy, dont worry self instro, why sutherland, why do you want this job And second round was writing assesment there are two questions one is mail writing and another one give onword or topic to write up to 300 words Third round was managerial same as round one

There was 2 rounds of interview, one with the team lead and the 2nd round was from associate manager and both were done virtually as the role was for remote

Non-voice support at Sutherland offers structured workflows, decent pay, and strong team support, but repetitive chat volumes and strict metrics can feel exhausting. Training is thorough, tools are reliable, and work-from-home options exist. However, career growth is limited, making it suitable for short-term roles rather than long-term development

The overall interview is good and they asked random question to check your communication skills and the salary package is (2.2 to 2.5) . If you are really interested to communicate to solve problems with customers then you can go for it.
