there is 3 rounds of interview ..in that 2nd round we have to write the passage..in 3rd there will be manager round ..salary wise it is very low and working hours is rotational based

First round was HR round For this round they ask simple questions only it could be easy,dont worry self instro,why sutherland,why do you want this job And second round was writing assesment there are two questions one is mail writing and another one give onword or topic to write up to 300 words Third round was managerial same as round one
