View on GlassdoorPros: Team is very good and very supportive of new idea
Cons: Work life balance is not good.
View on GlassdoorPros: Great Peers and fast paced work environment
Cons: Work becomes over whelming and no clear directive from leadership
View on GlassdoorPros: Probably nothing at all honestly.
Cons: 1- Startup culture creating everything an Urgency. 2- You dont have weekends, festivals or any family time. The boss, colleagues, team members can reach out to you anytime at their will. 3- The managers cannot defend you from external pressure, they just propagate the pressure on them to you. 4- Unreasonable timelines of the projects. 5- Quality of work is also very substandard, the company is a tech first company and focuses on to Dos so much that they ignore the correct way to do it. This creates a perpetual cycle of maintaining broken models perpetually. 6- You literally wont have any life. If you really want some growth, please join a company which is not an Indian startup. 7- Even the CEO ignores employee burnout, in all hands calls it has been told to the CEO by many employees anonymously, but he choses to skip those slides convineantly.
View on GlassdoorPros: Easy to learn the system
