Strong AI focus with great management
Pros: i think this is the company which is working very good in artificial intelligence . i like the big team and technical developers in this technology in synapseindia . lot of projects i have done in ai but i never went to US, this is excellent that international clients are visiting our office in noida company takes care of clients and employees which is very rare in india HR is also very simple and hardworking unique point about this company is the expert leaders and management management is highly intellectual but paritosh is a crook who beat the employees if they raise voice against any wrong thing .
Cons: open offices in europe also

clean infrastructure
Pros: clean office with all time cleaning. no spot on any floor and desk. nice housekeeping staff. we used to get tea at our seat and that too in a very proper way. fixed time for lunch. totally disciplined company. chilled during summers and pleasant during winters. no hard words and only good words.

good processes and management
Pros: i found good processes here. in fact i can say that best processes in the industry. company is very strict towards the processes and keep everyone on toes for processes. you will be monitored perfectly in this company. no chance to do anything wrong here. managers are well trained and management is such that it can beat even microsoft and a google company. amazing energy and awesome attitude towards work. focus is totally on work , deliveries, client satisfaction. client satisfaction and employee satisfaction is on priority in this office. i got everything there because i was always fair while working there. hats off to everyone in synapseindia.

better office and colleagues
Pros: it has better colleagues than my previous offices. colleagues are very helpful and go with me for lunch and breakfast also. these people have reminded me of my school time. there are games in company like table tenis and carrom board. we can go anytime for games. free environment. there is going to be a match now for which i am waiting eagerly. i wanna win this match because office will give a great gift which i know. just found my dream company.
Cons: all every thing well in this office....should say nothing bad about office.

The interview process was good . But at the onboarding they have scammed me . They had asked me that they will give reimbursement so you need to add a comapny generated mail to your amazon account . Then they change all the data in the account and then use it for their purpose . They tried it but luckily i saved myself.

Very Disappointed, worst infrastructure, and the worst interview process, after the selection they offered the same package, low-class facilities, and Saturdays are work, the 2-year agreement they give you to enter into the company.
