And unlike service Industry, we never get unwanted pressure from Sales, rather SysCloud Sales team always understands the technical complexity and provides constructive feedback which helps a lot in focusing on product development process seamlessly. Additionally, you get to work with a very energetic team which is always ready to take any challenge within short span of time + flexible office hours
Cons: few cons are there: - shape of product changes very fast based on customer feedback, but that's how a startup evolves. - less employees compared to market opportunities.

Candidate has to complete udemy course on web development by Angela Yu and complete projects given in that course then an interview of one and half hour which consists of 10 rapid fire questions on computer fundamentals then 5-6 coding questions from data-structure then open questions based upon candidate knowledge in particular field. For me they asked web related questions like REST api, cache, etc

It was campus placement , 1st round was CV Shortlisting . Then we have to share details in a Google form and they had also asked some questions related to your skills and asked for GitHub Link, some students were also eliminated here. Then there was a long interview of 1.5 hrs but min exceeded to 2hrs + and asked almost every subject. 1st 20 mins of the interview was like rapid fire , they gave 12-15 mcqs based on outputs , Dbms, oops, OS, Computer Networks (minimal). Then they went to coding of 4 questions of intermediate level and then questions on system design and the projects you have done.
