Positive environment with good projects, but low pay
Pros: The company offers a positive environment with an emphasis on work-life balance and engaging projects.
Cons: No hybrid work, and the raises and pay are lower.

Want to exploit and want unpaid overtime upwards of 15 hours with no incentives
Pros: None. All they want is unpaid overtime. Literally no pros
Cons: Got laid of on the terms of being 'rigid' in my approach and did not understand the sensitivity and criticality of the project which meant I clearly refused to do unpaid overtime in the office mind you not hybrid till as far as 3-4 am when paid overtime was clearly mentioned in my offer letter. Even did once till 1 am at the office, they shutdown the AC at 8pm and it was just me and one more team member in the office till 1 am. Did not provide cab fare, dinner comp, not even a leave comp. They falsely have us fill 8.5 hours on timesheets and work unpaid upwards of 15 hours and Saturdays and Sundays. Was let go when I stated paid overtime is mentioned in my offer letter and refused to do it unpaid. Would absolutely not recommend.
