Interview Process: If you enjoy endless waiting, unreturned calls, and conflicting feedback, this is the benchmark. Round 1 (Technical): Went exceptionally well. Good technical discussion and positive cues throughout. The 2-Week Void #1: Multiple follow-ups were met with complete silence. After two weeks of being ghosted, an email popped up out of nowhere saying I had cleared Round 1 and was invited to the next technical stage. Round 2 (Scheduled as Technical, Conducted as Behavioral): Billed as another technical evaluation, but it turned out to be an interview with a Director who focused purely on behavioral questions. The discussion felt smooth and engaging. The 2-Week Void #2: Back to the waiting room. The portal status stayed frozen on "Application Under Review" for another two weeks. Follow-up calls were repeatedly disconnected or ignored. The Punchline: After roughly four weeks of playing tag, someone finally reached out to inform me that my "technical feedback was not that good." The irony? The final round didn't even cover technical topics.
2 Rounds of interview, one Technical and one Techno Managerial. Overall it is was easy, covered Azure Landing Zone Concepts, Management groups, Networking, policies management, terraform basics, statefile management, GitHub Actions, etc.

I am Posting this so that no other person should fall prey for the fake job oppurtunities... Firstly the interview was online the other person camera was off, and then a person called me and i also got an perfect job offer letter they made me buy a course and then at the job date they didn't pick the call. Guys even the email was soo professional with the employee code and all and then everything was soo good untill the joining date, i even raised a mail to the respected MNC, that is when i confirmed it was fake.. please be carefull guys. i dont know where it all went wrong whether it is because of someone from inside the company or whether everything (All the process) was done by an outsider..
I had applied for an HR position in Bangalore and attended 5 round of interviews (completed all round). I never heard back from them post that. As a candidate I spend more than 5 hours for interviews and it is a basic courtesy to write a line to a candidate if not selected after spending time to attend all the rounds. I still have no idea why I was rejected or even I was rejected. They spoke well and praise about the company culture which was not followed in reality. Being an HR myself, such response is unacceptable which make the organisation and the HR fraternity to loose their name
Interview was easy and able to clear both rounds. Questions were scenario based.1st rounds was online. 2nd round was Face to Face. Test Management, Defect Management, Testing concepts, previous experiences,
