Cons: 1 - Salary is deducted even for being 1 minute late. 2 - Pluxee payments are delayed by 2 months. 3 - Employees’ email rights are restricted so they can only view information but cannot reply to emails. 4 - The security guards are the worst. They conduct checks in a very inappropriate manner, and if an employee complains, the manager instead asks the employee to cooperate. 5 - Proper induction is not provided when employees join, so they are not fully informed about company policies and processes 6 - They do not have proper SME support or SOPs, and despite this, if an employee makes a mistake, no one listens to their side and they are terminated directly 7 - After exit, the FNF payment is delayed, and they can deduct any amount without providing a proper explanation.

Cons: Extra security (which are actually not required) like casual quartz watches are also not allowed (as in why; a smartwatch ban is good, but quartz?). Less yearly appraisal !!!

Cons: Trainer specially a lady aged 42 year old have no sense to talk No food options in canteen, need permission for everything No stability most of the processes either gets rampdown or they will fire employees as per their convenience.

HR screening , L1 round more with ops manager as what was your career journey so far. L2 with Sr director who were rude and throwing up all their frustration and asking irrelevant questions and trying to prove you wrong and how incapable you are as a candidate.
