View on GlassdoorPros: Everything is broken so a lot of scope of improvement and growth. That means if you want to learn, too many things to work upon.
Cons: - Really bad management. Idiots are made leaders here because they are related to someone in the top management. Not even exaggerating but leadership switches departments because they arent able to perform. HR to Marketing to Ops. - Really bad pay against the market standards. - subpar product and quality. Cant even convince the client to use them when even you are unhappy with the product - No certainty in targets, they can change anytime and basis that your hike will be decided - very conveniently when hike is in question, they cannot count more than 5 - Leadership egos are similar to a bollywood diva. - Feedback taking mechanism is fantastic. Unfortunately feedback implementation mechanism doesn’t exist - it is expected that since you are being paid, you will work twice as hard.
