The interviewers were engaged during the discussions, and the role itself appeared interesting. One area for improvement is candidate communication. After completing the interview process, I did not receive a final update regarding the outcome despite the time invested in the interviews. A formal rejection or status update would have been appreciated and would have provided a better candidate experience. Overall: The interview conversations were professional, but the lack of post-interview communication negatively impacted the overall candidate experience.
