India-scoped Glassdoor interview reports · 2 total · avg difficulty 3.0/5 · 2 questions indexed
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds, including discussions with the recruiter and hiring team. The conversations were generally professional and focused on partnership management experience, stakeholder engagement, channel ecosystem knowledge, and business development scenarios. Questions covered previous experience working with partners, managing complex relationships, driving business outcomes, and handling challenging situations. The interviewers were engaged during the discussions, and the role itself appeared interesting. One area for improvement is candidate communication. After completing the interview process, I did not receive a final update regarding the outcome despite the time invested in the interviews. A formal rejection or status update would have been appreciated and would have provided a better candidate experience. Overall: The interview conversations were professional, but the lack of post-interview communication negatively impacted the overall candidate experience.
