However, once you are deployed, there is minimal follow-up or support regarding your work or experience. Additionally, salaries are typically credited only on the 5th of each month, which may not meet expectations for timely payment.
Cons: After I submitted my resignation, I experienced what felt like unfair and unprofessional practices. My notice period was changed from 30 days to 60 days without prior discussion. When I raised concerns, the response I received was not respectful or constructive. I strongly recommend that anyone joining the organization maintain proper documentation of all communications and decisions. I have documented my experience thoroughly and even escalated the matter to the CEO, but have not received a response so far. Overall, the management approach I encountered was disappointing and needs significant improvement.
