Pros: 1)Good to start as a fresher in a MNC for HR talent acquisition and gain exposure. 2) Salary comes on time.
Cons: 1) No incentives 2) overtime work without any extra pay 3) Some managers are very supportive and some are very egoistic and toxic 4) Mental pressure is so much for completing the targets. 5) only bpo hiring no tech hiring 6) Never gets leaves no breaks and for getting lunch also they don't allow management is very strict. 7) No work life balance 8) they make you work 3-4 hours extra and expect you to do overwork without any extra pay till 9 pm in the office. 9) A lot of favouritism

Good bench time but toxic projects and high expectations
Pros: It has bench for 3 months and Ex Gratia of 2 months.
Cons: It has some very toxic projects - Honeywell, Manulife Japan, etc. if project is toxic and team is bad then there is a lot of issues. some people enjoys a lot on lesser packages like 22 LPA etc, Package above 30 LPA has higher expectations.

The client round was quite long, more than one hour. I was shot with multiple questions covering coding, technical, AI, AWS, and production deployment
