HR Contacted me took details and interview was scheduled. First technical then HR and then they wanted me to visit to client office for final call but unfortunately i was not able to visit the client office.

I’d like to share my interview experience with Tech Block, which was quite disappointing and unprofessional. I successfully cleared two rounds of technical interviews the first and second rounds were conducted smoothly, with a gap of three days between them. After completing the second round, I received a call the very next day from the hiring team confirming that I had cleared both technical rounds and that the final HR discussion would be scheduled soon. However, after that call, there was complete silence. Despite following up daily via calls and emails, I received no response for several days. After 5 days, I finally managed to speak to the HR person, who told me that the client has put the PHP position on hold and advised me to wait another 10 days. I waited patiently. After 10 days, I followed up again via calls and emails still, no response. Finally, I tried calling them from a different number, and only then they picked up and informed me that the position had been closed. This entire process wasted over 15 days of my time. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism from the HR team was deeply frustrating. I understand that hiring situations change, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. I’m sharing this so other candidates are aware and can make informed decisions about their time and energy. This experience reflects poorly on how candidate communication is handled at Tech Block. I hope the company improves its process and treats candidates with the respect and clarity they deserve.

After conducting an interview, they vanish. No response or follow up. Even if the candidate is not selected, there should be communication. Recruiter get shifted to scheduling interviews for different roles even before closing current one.

1st was brief HR discussion over the phone Next was Technical round - Video interview in which the interviewer did not have their cameras on! This makes the candidate feel less. Any interview is two way deal . The interviewer should treat the candidate equally and should not have the misconception that they are superior! Quite unprofessional. After that, within 10 mnts I got an update that I am shortlisted for next round and personal documents were asked for the further process, which was quite surprising. And then there is no update! I was told there would be 2nd round. After asking, I got an update that there would soon be another round which did not happen! After one week, when I asked again, and shared my disappointment, they updated that I was not selected. Then why did they ask for my docs ? Also I shared the feedback about the interviewer not keeping the camera on to which they did not agree to. I asked to check the recordings and share with me if I am wrong, of course no update! About delay, they mentioned that it was a busy week! I was not keeping well and so I postponed the interview for 2 days which they are saying reason for delay! Quite unprofessional again! Also if I was not selected for the next round, why my personal docs were asked to share ? They themselves seem not clear and aware about HR practices.
