View on GlassdoorPros: I worked as a Senior Laravel Developer for around 2.5+ experience, and it has been a very positive experience. The company provides a supportive and collaborative work environment where team members are always willing to help. Regular meetings and discussions ensure smooth communication and clarity in projects. One of the best parts is the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and development tools. This helped me enhance my technical skills and stay updated with industry trends. It is a great place for professionals who want to grow and gain practical exposure.
Cons: work environment builds strong skills
View on GlassdoorPros: The team environment is very collaborative and welcoming from day one. There is a strong emphasis on learning, and you get the chance to work on a variety of interesting projects. It's a solid place for any developer looking to grow their skills in a professional yet friendly setting.
Cons: Project timelines can be quite demanding at times, which occasionally leads to a busy schedule and some late hours to meet delivery goals.

I would strongly recommend that you avoid this organization. While I have not yet worked for them, based on my interview experience, I am deeply disappointed with their ethics. It appears that they are not valuing candidates' time and have treated the interview process as nothing more than a time pass activity. They put me through four rounds of interviews: an entrance aptitude test, two technical rounds, and one coding task round. Although I may have some knowledge gaps, I successfully cleared all these rounds, including the final coding task. However, in the end, they informed me that "currently, that opening is on hold." Later, they even claimed that I hadn't cleared the final coding round. What's most frustrating is that they have not been responsive or provided any feedback throughout this process. This entire experience has been a waste of my time and has dashed my hopes. I don't intend any disrespect to the organization, but they really need to review their practices. They should consider candidates' time, be more transparent, and at the very least, respond to them.
