I felt valued and respected by my colleagues and management alike. There was always an atmosphere of teamwork and encouragement. I had the opportunity to work on some truly innovative projects that challenged me to grow both personally and professionally. The company is at the forefront of technology, and I felt empowered to push the boundaries of what was possible. Work-Life Balance: The misunderstood concept of Work-life balance in the industry got corrected here.

Cons: You will not even know the team with whom you are working and this is a big turn-off for me. Submit your task in provided time line or get terminated immediately without even a single notice. Payment cut in the termination process.
