Three interviews determine your hiring: two technical rounds to evaluate your hard skills, coding, and problem-solving, followed by one HR round to assess your cultural fit, communication, and salary expectations.

In first round itself they made me invest hours into a case study and in return i get a called from someone who warns me that in 2nd round interviewers is a senior and he is going to grill me and will setup interview and be ready. This shows what type of work culture this organization has and how seniors treat their subordinates. after that i never got call or confirmation on next round. The HR who sent me case study mail never even replied to my mails. I really not sure why they asked me to work on a idea and asked me to submit code and API endpoint (you guys are free interpret why). please dont fall pray to such scam organizations

I recently attended an interview for the iOS Developer position with Tenerai. The interview scheduling process was smooth, and the HR representative was helpful in arranging a time slot based on my availability. However, my interview experience was disappointing. The interview was scheduled from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. I joined the meeting on time at 12:30 PM, but no one else was present. After waiting for about five minutes, I contacted HR, who informed me that she was occupied with another call and asked me to rejoin. After completing the identity verification, we again waited for the interviewer to join. The interviewer joined around 12:48 PM. After asking me to introduce myself and answering a couple of technical questions, he commented that I was "not good at the basics." While I understand that interviewers assess candidates based on their technical knowledge, I believe feedback should be communicated in a professional and respectful manner. The interaction felt dismissive and discourteous, which left me disappointed. I fully respect an interviewer's decision if they believe a candidate is not the right fit for the role. However, every candidate deserves to be treated with professionalism and respect throughout the interview process. I hope this feedback helps improve the interview experience for future candidates.
