**Interview process was smooth until the Hiring Manager round.** The earlier rounds were professional and focused on my technical and professional experience. However, during the HM round, a significant portion of the discussion focused on my personal background rather than my experience, skills, or suitability for the role. Some of the questions felt unnecessarily personal and were not clearly related to the position. I found the experience uncomfortable and felt that the interview did not provide an appropriate opportunity to demonstrate my technical qualifications. The overall process was smooth until the final round, but my experience with the HM round was disappointing.
Sample questions

Recruiter reached out to me on linkedin, and scheduled interview two weeks later. DSA round -> one string question and another on linked list. Both medium level difficulty. Solved one question, could not solve another. Rejected
Interview process is of 3 rounds, excluding intial and end discussion with the HR. Two technical and one manager round. The whole process took around 3-4 weeks of time(from the 1st HR call till the final HR call regarding salary) 1st technical is of 45min but went upto 1hr 15min 2nd technical is of 1hr and went upto 1hr 15min Manager round is of 30min and went upto 40-45min
There were 3 rounds in the process. First round included some python coding, concept checking about Agents and RAG and their coding as well. Second round was leaned towards my resume and also I was given a use-case to design at High level. Third round was a direct communication round with Manager where he wanted to understand my thought process and vision. We also discussed about some possible conflict scenarios and how I would solve them.
