I was referred through a friend. And on the next day i had to give the in office interview. I was fully prepared and the interview went very good. the interviewer was impressed by my answer and it was evident enough. by the end of the interview the interviewer did ask me about the person who refer me and about the CTC that i last had in my previous organization. and just then Interviewers face went low and he became serious for no reason. though he was talking to me professionally, but he was a bit skeptical and was asking me unnecessary question that was not even related to the role or the process. Later the only reason why they rejected my application was because my previous package was higher then what they had a budget for this role. I agreed with the offer, but still they were concerned as the the interviewer had a very off mindset with the person who referred me. and without giving any feed back, they just kept an email stating that my profile doesn't aligns with the requirement. and technically i have 4+ years of experience in Customer Consultant for B2C, B2B and C2B customers with SaaS and Telecom tools. I felt very bad, as they really bought there own personal agenda in between a candidate and the job the candidate is applying for.

There were two technical rounds. Questions were related to my resume. They expect much for a fresher. Questions asked related to sql queries. Oops related questions. project related questions. Overall basics questions

I recently attended an interview for the Software Engineer Analyst role at Cigna Healthcare in their Bangalore office. The overall process was quite long and intense. Getting instructions and contacting HR was a challenge in itself, as communication wasn’t always smooth. The interview process involved 20+ different panels, each with different interviewers. Some panels were liberal and friendly, while others were very tough and highly specific. The technical rounds went into great depth for every skill listed on the resume, so it’s important to be fully prepared on all points you mention. In addition to technical questions, there were also many behavioral and resume-based discussions—focusing on past projects, problem-solving approaches, teamwork, and adaptability. Overall, the interview process tested both technical depth and behavioral alignment with the company. While it was exhausting, it also showed that Cigna looks for candidates who are thorough, patient, and well-rounded.

It was an average interview for tech analyst role and went for about 30 mins with basic java and sql commands. I was asked to find the fourth maximum salary

Round 1 - Online test (React native, javascript, typescript mcqs and 2 DS problems of easy type) Round 2 - Flocareer Interviews (My current work related React native questions and general discussions) The recruiter informed me that I cleared the second round and final would be HR. I've been ghosted for 1 month straight, followed up the recruiter and the HR directly. No response yet. Have some courtesy to atleast inform the progress of the candidate.
