Disappointing Experience as a Freelance Astrologer Due to Poor Management, Lack of Transparency, and Unclear Processes
Pros: I did not find any significant positive aspects during my time working as a freelance astrologer. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of clients, but this alone did not outweigh the overall experience.
Cons: The organization lacked professionalism in its management and dealings with freelance astrologers. There was little to no transparency regarding policies, payments, incentives, or operational decisions. Expectations were often unclear and communication was inconsistent. Freelancers were expected to deliver high volumes of work without adequate support, appreciation, or fair compensation. There were no proper systems or standard operating procedures. Processes frequently changed, and issues were handled in an unorganized manner. The company appeared to be understaffed, resulting in poor coordination, delayed responses, and operational inefficiencies. Genuine concerns raised by freelancers were often ignored or not addressed effectively. Management lacked accountability, and decisions frequently seemed arbitrary, creating uncertainty and frustration. The work environment felt exploitative, with a stronger focus on maximizing output from freelancers than on maintaining fair and professional working relationships. Overall, I would not recommend this organization to freelance astrologers seeking a transparent, respectful, and well-managed workplace.
