The interview process was well-structured and gave me a clear idea of what to expect at each stage. The first round was a bit tough, but it helped me prepare better for the second round, where I felt more confident. Overall, it was a smooth and professional hiring experience, with HR and interviewers maintaining professionalism throughout.

It was good, asked easy to medium questions related to data science and my projects. Some conceptual questions were also asked. The interviewer was asking very basic questions and was asking about AI.

Thirty minute conversation over a Gmeet. They asked me about my past foray in finance/business journalism and gave a couple of written exercises wherein I was given a prompt I had to convert to a lede story within minutes.

Over all the hr was really good . We had reschedule multiple times due to mine and interviewer availability . The meeting happened very smooth for one hour . I really felt that the interviewer was not listening to me , was finding their own answers which they have created on the mind

Overall, my interview experience was not very positive. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, I felt there was a lack of engagement from the panelists during the discussion. I clearly explained my current role, responsibilities, and work processes, yet several questions were repeated multiple times, which made the interaction feel less effective. Additionally, professional interview etiquette could be improved. The interview began with cameras on, but one of the panelists later turned their camera off. As a candidate, it is helpful when interviewers remain engaged throughout the discussion, as body language and interaction play an important role in creating a comfortable and professional environment. I also felt that some of the responses and interactions from the panel did not encourage open communication, which affected the overall interview experience. I hope management considers this feedback and continues to improve the candidate experience and interview process.
