Different more focused on practical rather than theory . scenario based. the TA team is also very helpful & give a clear understanding of what to expect. they are ready to spend more time to listen to you & also offer to understand that thought process behind your thought or answer

It was Good although i did not cleared the interview. It was the code - paring round where they asked me related to the current design structure. Initial Screening: A short conversation with a recruiter to discuss your background, experience, and role alignment.Take-Home Code Challenge: You receive a problem statement to solve at home, focusing on clean code, object-oriented principles, and testing.
Sample questions
The interview is good , basic questions asked . In pair coding round they give to build a feature and based on that question is asked . We have to make it and also able to explain all the flow
Sample questions
I applied via their careers website and the recruiter reached out to me the next day. There was a short screening round the same day and it was a role fit check. The next interview was a code pairing round, where I had to work with a senior panelist and solve some tasks. The interviewer concluded with some design related questions. This round wasn't too difficult but I was not selected for the next round. However the recruiter reached out to me personally and gave me a detailed feedback which is much appreciated. Overall, a great experience and would love to interview with Thoughtworks again.
Sample questions
It was a friendly conversation. However the focus was too much on the sociological aspect of the culture and I felt nothing relevant to the job profile was asked. It could have been more job focused, talking about the role and achievements rather than current affairs and social aspect of it.
