Good work exposure, but poor HR management
Pros: Work exposure is good. They have lot of scope for improving their processes and implementing new ones
Cons: Pathetic HR management, extremely outdated practices,HR leaders are interested only in gossiping about others and hardly know anything themselves

The process was slow as they kept profile on hold for 2 months. However, interview process during face to face visit was good/smooth and they were supportive to drop me to nearest bus stop as the factory is in outskirts.

I was called for an Interview with the Head of Projects. He made me very comfortable during the interview. Although I had worked on site, I had done all activities that a person sitting in Head office would do under Project Coordination. Still he did not select me for the job, just because I had not worked in Head Office.
