At Tower, we not only strive to excel at what we are doing, we thoroughly enjoy doing it. Tower’s main office and garden roof deck are located in TriBeCa, a neighborhood in downtown Manhattan. While we work hard, Tower’s cubicle-free workplace, jeans-clad workforce, and well-stocked kitchens reflect the premium the firm places on quality of life. Working at Tower is challenging and exciting, and we have worked hard to create an environment where collaboration and engagement are paramount, and encourage team members to share their experience and knowledge. Our benefits include competitive compensation packages, 401(k) with company matching, generous vacation and holiday policies, free breakfast, lunch, and snacks on a daily basis, fitness reimbursement and free tickets to events.

The exam consists of five rounds: three technical, one system design and one HR. The OA is just python and mcq on financial assets and modelling. Therre will be puzzles as well in interviews
Sample questions
Call setup through a headhunter. Interviewer asked two puzzles. For each puzzle, there was a easy version then a followup advanced version. Puzzles involved concepts from Prob Stats and similar to ones you can find on BrainStellar.
Interviewed with a large well known team, also did a hackerrank take home. The "take home" is a 3 hr test with multiple research problems as individual questions, to be done as jupyter notebooks. The requirements were very ill specified and don't mention the expectations clearly. It includes a coding problem which had incorrect description. The test felt like it was intended for a new grad not someone with experience. They asked a lot of "how did you do xyz at your previous job" questions, very little discussion other than that.
Sample questions
The Interviewers were very chill and talkative and gave critical feedback at each point which will help you get towards the answer. They ask DSA based puzzle questions, potentially making a special kind of data structure. Then they moved to the resume and then in each round you will have OOPs and System Design based questions, for example create a book publication system.
Sample questions
The interview process began with an online assessment consisting of very tough questions. I was only able to solve one question completely, while another one passed about half of the test cases out of a total of three questions. Despite that, I was selected for the first technical round, which focused on Data Structures and Algorithms/Competitive Programming, along with some basic questions related to C++ fundamentals. The second round involved designing a system using object-oriented programming concepts in C++, along with questions on Operating Systems. The third round was a hiring manager round, which focused on low-level system design and a discussion about my past projects and internship experiences. The fourth and final round was an HR round, which consisted of standard behavioral-based questions.
