Three stages in the interview process aptitude plus coding round then the filtered candidates are selected for technical interview and HR round. Bit delay in the interview process. Overall good interview experience.
I attended a walkin interview for an Android Developer role. The interview was easy and focused on Android core components, basic Kotlin, and DSA. The interviewer was nice and the overall experience was good. Later, HR informed me that I couldn’t be hired because I don’t have a degree. That was disappointing. This kind of requirement is common in Indian companies, where certificates and degrees are often valued more than real skills, which sometimes leads to hiring less capable developers over talented ones.
Sample questions
The interviewer asked basic questions about my education, projects, and technical basics. I was asked to explain one project I worked on and some fundamental concepts related to my field. They also asked why I was interested in the role and the company.
Sample questions
First Round Asked with all basic to advanced questions from node and JavaScript. If Angular or React Known questions will be from there too. 2 found out output from code snippets and 2 array based coding questions.
Sample questions
The first round was a coding assessment which was written and had 5 coding questions which were of easy to moderate difficulty. I had a tech interview next which was okay, questions based on pointers, constructors, oops were asked. Had an Hr round last
