Worked here as a Contractor: The Cons You Should Know Before Joining

Pros: This company operates as a third-party contracting firm. If you're looking for a contract-based job, this company is a good option to consider. They will submit your CV to multiple MNCs and arrange interviews based on the responses received. You will remain on this company's payroll at all times while working on assignments for other client companies.

Cons: 1. You will not receive any benefits offered by the MNC. 2. This company does not offer any benefits of its own. 3. Their health insurance is inadequate — it does not cover dependents and provides very limited coverage. 4.They do not offer sick or casual leave. 5. There is no sabbatical, parental, or maternity leave. 6. There are no bonus payouts. 7. Pros: I don't have anything to add for perks

Cons: For employees who are working as a consultant with clients I get one paid leave per month and no salary hike even after completing a one year service. Not even invited a single time to the office. No amenities provided by the company
