Cons: No growth (only to favorites) No work from home even if the work doesn't require office presence.

3 rounds and then interview that was easy .. only checks if you are fluent in english or not.. not too tough payscale is okayish and rotational shifts are there so there are benefits as well

It went smoothly thanks to hiring team they were so welcoming I had 4 rounds First assessment , next 2 Technical rounds and 1 HR round.. The Process went smoothly.. In assessment they asked a coding question and 2 other general questions
