Cons: I worked at Ultrafly and genuinely gave my best efforts toward the company's growth during my tenure. Unfortunately, I decided to resign due to recurring salary delays and a work environment that, in my experience, involved excessive micromanagement. Even after my resignation, I am still waiting for my Full & Final (F&F) settlement. Despite following up multiple times with the management and HR team, I have not received a clear update or a definite timeline for the settlement process. This review reflects my personal experience. I hope the company improves its payroll practices, employee communication, and exit process so that current and future employees have a better experience. If you are considering an opportunity here, I recommend discussing salary payment timelines, work culture, and the F&F settlement process during the hiring stage before making your decision.
