Pros: Nothing is good Worst company
Cons: This company is absolutely terrible. They have a six-month probation period, but they deliberately terminate employees even before it ends. They create unnecessary pressure, send warning emails, and even threaten employees. They force people to work beyond office hours and say things like, “If you don’t work late, your leave for the next day will be cancelled.” This is a company, not a school—you don’t get to issue threats like that. The management needs to learn how to actually run a company first. This organization is completely unprofessional and mismanaged. They do all this so that either the employee resigns out of frustration or they can fire them without justification. They take heavy advantage of freshers and are actively ruining their careers. Never join this company. They won’t even provide a resignation letter when you leave. There is absolutely no job security here. I genuinely hope they face consequences for how they treat their employees. This company can never succeed with such practices. !!!
