View on GlassdoorPros: I’ve been working as a .NET Developer under the Enterprise SBU at V Group Consultancy Services and currently deployed at a client location. Even though I’m not based at the company’s office, I’ve always felt well-supported and connected, thanks to the HR team and the management. As a woman in tech, one of the things I truly appreciate is how inclusive and respectful the work culture is at V Group. The company has clear, transparent policies in place and genuinely takes care of its employees — especially women. From the beginning, the HR team has been proactive, approachable, and professional, whether it’s about onboarding, payroll, documentation, or just checking in to ensure everything is going smoothly. The management maintains regular communication with consultants like me, and their support has made my transition and ongoing engagement with the client very comfortable. Salary is always on time, and any queries I’ve had have been resolved quickly without follow-ups.
Cons: No negative things as of now.

The interview process is lengthy. They might reject you even after 7 interview rounds. They may ask irrelevant questions too. The interview may continue for an hour but then too you'll not be shortlisted.

I found the interview process to be relatively straightforward, although I must express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects. During the interview, the salary and incentives discussed differed significantly from what was ultimately presented in the offer. Both the salary and incentives were notably lower than initially indicated. Subsequently, upon rejecting the offer and expressing my desire for a more suitable proposition, there was a notable lack of further communication. I expected a more transparent and respectful process, particularly regarding the initial discussions on compensation.

Disappointingly, the overall experience has been rather disheartening and unsatisfactory.. They consistently fail to offer post-interview updates. Despite promising additional interview stages scheduled for the following week, they often ghost candidates by neglecting to respond to calls or emails.
