Top notch toxic company
Pros: Nothing is pros in the company very worst
Cons: 1.Shift timings 9-7pm which is already 10h if we leave by 7 pm then it means we don't do any work (managers,hr,and higher employee can leave by 4pm no question are asked by you shouldn't) 2.unrealistice task estimate need to complete it within give time. By working over time daily and even weekend. They will question us what have done on weekend without hesitation. 3. Two years bond is perfect trap that they build here. At first they will say salary is based on performance in training after training whatever the performance you showed. Salary will be Training period -5k After full time- 10-12k at max After 1 year appraisal - 14-15k which very high appraisal. 4.leave benifits until completion of 1 year no casual leave every leave you take will be LOP.( NEED WORK EVEN WEEKEND AND NOT CASUAL LEAVES). 5. Can't break the bond without paying the amount they ask for worst training. You can't leave before they hold your original 10th mark sheet with they (WHICH IS ILLEGAL). 6. Pay for the work you do is extremely unmatched. 7. No salary will be given in the notice period. It will be given you after 1 or 2 months after completing of notice period (ONLY IF YOU BEG FOR IT TO HR).
